Victoria has the Victorian Small Business Commission for disputes and Business Victoria for general support. The specialist Partners in Wellbeing Small Business Financial Counselling service wound up on 30 June 2025 — there is currently no specialist Victorian successor. For tax debt and financial counselling, the Small Business Debt Helpline (1800 413 828) is the right call.
