Frequently asked questions

Is my donation tax-deductible?

Yes. TEKVA Limited is a registered Public Benevolent Institution (PBI) with DGR-1 endorsement. All donations over $2 are tax-deductible in Australia.

How is my funding used?

Funding supports direct relief (vendor-direct payments for rent, utilities, medical, debts, education), financial navigation (assessments, specialist referrals, free tools), and capability support (AI upskilling, earning readiness). A portion supports technology and operations.

What reporting will I receive?

All partners receive quarterly impact reports with outcome data, participant stories (anonymised), and financial transparency. Builder and Architect partners receive monthly briefings.

Can I direct my funding to a specific program?

Yes. You can fund a specific area — emergency relief, financial navigation, or capability support. You can also target a geographic focus or demographic cohort. We'll work with you to design the allocation.
