AI training & implementation for teams

Make AI work for your team

TEKVA Labs runs practical AI training, workshops and implementation for Australian teams. We're the commercial arm of TEKVA, a registered Australian charity — and we run that charity on AI every day. So we teach what we actually use, not theory. And all our profit is ringfenced for the charity.

Looking for free help with financial pressure? That's the charity — tekva.org.au.

The gap

Your team has the tools. The results aren't there yet.

Australia leads the world on responsible AI — but KPMG's 2026 survey found only 35% of organisations are focused on AI-driven productivity, below the global average. Adoption was never the hard part. Getting a whole team using AI well, on real work, is. That's what we do.

What we do

AI training and workshops for Australian teams

Team AI training & workshops

Hands-on sessions for your team in ChatGPT, Copilot and Claude — built around the work they actually do, not generic theory. Onsite (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and beyond) or online, Australia-wide.

AI systems & implementation

We help you put AI to work inside your organisation — the prompts, workflows and tools that take real tasks off your team's plate, set up to fit how you already work.

Capability & enablement

Ongoing support so your people get good at this and keep going — prompt libraries, playbooks, and a clear way of working that sticks after the workshop ends.

Why TEKVA Labs

We don't just talk about AI. We run a charity on it.

01

We run on it

A live charity — intake, triage, case work, payments — runs on the exact AI stack and workflows we teach. You're learning what we use under real stakes, not slideware.

02

Governance tested under real pressure

We use AI inside the constraints a registered charity lives with — privacy, duty of care, accountability. Responsible AI isn't a module for us. It's how we operate.

03

Operators, not a slide deck

Sessions are run by people who build and ship these systems day to day — so your team leaves with things that work, not a tour of tools they'll never open again.

04

Buying from us funds good

TEKVA Labs is the commercial arm of TEKVA, a registered Australian charity. All our profit is ringfenced for the charity — funding support for working-age Australians under financial pressure.

Questions

Common questions

What does AI training for a team cost?

It depends on your team size and format. Most engagements start with a half-day workshop; tell us about your team and we'll scope it and come back with a quote.

How long is a workshop, and is it onsite or online?

Formats range from a half-day to a multi-session program. We run sessions onsite around Australia or online, Australia-wide — whatever suits your team.

Which AI tools do you cover?

Mainly ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and Claude — the tools your team is most likely to use. We focus on applying them to your real work, not just the features.

Do you train non-technical staff?

Yes. Most of who we train are leaders, operations and admin people with no technical background. There are no prerequisites — we start from where your team is.

Can the training be customised to our organisation?

Yes. We build sessions around your tools, your workflows and your use cases, so people practise on the work they actually do.

Do you work with nonprofits?

Yes, and it's a natural fit — we're a charity ourselves, so we understand the constraints. We train nonprofits, corporates, family offices, funds and founder-led businesses.

Who runs TEKVA Labs, and how is it connected to the charity?

TEKVA Labs is the commercial arm of TEKVA, a registered Australian charity. The charity runs on AI every day; Labs teaches that to organisations, and all our profit is ringfenced for the charity.

Can you build AI systems, not just train?

Yes. Beyond workshops we help set up the prompts, workflows and tools inside your organisation, and support your team to run them.
