Fast crisis response

When everything is falling apart, speed matters. TEKVA provides vendor-direct payments for rent, utilities, medical, education, and essentials — typically within 48 hours. No cash handouts. Targeted support that stops the spiral before it becomes irreversible.

How we build

Dignity-first design

Every touchpoint is built around the question: does this respect the person's agency, intelligence, and potential? We treat participants as capable adults navigating difficulty — with belief, practical support, clear expectations, and accountability.

AI-augmented operations

TEKVA is an AI-native organisation. Our GEM assessment engine reduces intake from 60 minutes to under 10. AI augments human judgment. It never replaces it. Every decision is made by a person, informed by technology.

Speed as a moral value

When someone is in financial freefall, every day matters. Unlike traditional welfare programs that take 6–8 weeks for approval, TEKVA makes same-day decisions and processes payments typically within 48 hours. Speed isn't a feature. It's an ethical imperative.

Accountability without shame
